
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Salon Haze, we value your time and our team’s time. To ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 48 hours in advance.
We confirm all appointments by text and email, based on the contact information and preferences you have provided.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service, applied at your next visit.
No-Shows: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will also be charged 50% of the missed service at their next appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us continue delivering a high-quality experience to all guests.
Color Policy
At SalonHaze, every color service begins with a thorough consultation. Our goal is always to help you achieve your dream look while prioritizing the health and integrity of your hair.
For this reason, our stylists reserve the right to decline a service if we believe it could compromise your hair or is not in the best interest of your overall hair health.
We are committed to providing an exceptional salon experience. If you find yourself needing an adjustment, please reach out within 2 days of your appointment. We are happy to provide minor adjustments within 7 days of your visit at no additional cost. Requests made after this timeframe may require an additional fee.
